Hi Masters, How can I set up my Dashboard Agent Statistics to view the status of my Team mates ( Closed, Overdue, Etc) Note: It works on v1.9 before.Thank you!
Give your account permission to view stats of other agents.Go to Admin panel -> Agents -> your account. click on the Permissions tab.Tick the Stats boxClick Save Changes.
