osTicket v1.10 running very slow

I do not believe it's the queries this time. I've analyzed the slow log and there is only one or two queries that take over one second to run. All the important tables, columns are indexed.It is so slow, even just logging in takes about 20 seconds.What could be the issue besides the queries?

Q: What could be the issue besides the queries?Here's just the first few things off the top of my head:Server load / system resources.Server configuration / security modules (like mod_sec, SELinux, etc)Version of MySQL. Several people have posted issues using 5.7.Version of PHP.
