Hi Guys,Is it possible to edit the dashboard report to perhaps include an additional tab that lists overdue tickets that have been closed? Is there anyway of listing the overdue tickets anywhere on the system? I can't seem to find it.My clients would like this as a report, due to the SLAs having compensation associated with any delays.Thank you

I use Jasper reports for a similar report. Closing a ticket removes the overdue flag, but you can check against the est_duedate value to find which were overdue.Create your query and add 'And DATE(est_duedate)<DATE(ost_ticket.closed)

    Thanks @[deleted]I have looked into it finally and it's a much better reporting than the basic one in the dashboard.@[deleted] a few things that would really boost your plugin (at least for my needs) which I would be willing to pay to have the custom work done and implemented permanently...1. Reports should include tickets that are overdue (and how overdue they are)2. Reports should be exportable in a reasonable format (optional but useful to share with clients)3. Reports should include number of tickets per end user4. Reports should optionally include all tickets listed per user/organization/agent/departmentHappy to discuss further and agree on payment terms etc.Regards,Andre
