Upgrade script could not be run again, at least not automatically.I downloaded the 1.10 version from Osticket.com as you said and have overwritten all files.It looks as if this issue has been solved. Tickets are formatted correctly again now. So next time I don't use installatron for upgrades anymore.Any clue on the attachment issue? Maybe it's this.During the replacement of files, I encountered several old files (from 2014) which are not present in the original 1.10 package.For example in the root of the support directory:attachment.phpimage.phpl.phpall are from 27-10-2014, whilst other files are from 1-11-2016.Do these old files need to be removed?
