I recently completed a complete migration of my osticket system to another server and another domain name

After uploading the files and retrieving the BBDD, review the settings and put the new domain name.

It works fine, but there is a big problem

Attachments on pre-migration tickets are not visible, it is still physically on the FTP.

Error example.

IOException: Unable to read resource content

(Root) /archivos/-/-Gl-4Er2YDIcdiS636IrKu-GbEVc7uk: Can not read from file

I have already gone to that folder to check that the file exists, and it is, it exists.

Why can not the system find it?

Thank you.Did you install the Attachments: plugin on the new server that it sounds like you were using on the old server?What are the permissions on the files and folders?  (how do they compare old server?)
