There is ticket export function on v1.9.12 by clicking the link, 'Export'.  But it only exports the ticket summary.  Is there any other way to export all details of the tickets?  Or does version 1.10 have such export function?

Q: Is there any other way to export all details of the tickets? A: No.Q: Or does version 1.10 have such export function?A: Also no.

@ntozier is it something you doesn't want for security issues, because it's not important, you don't have the time...?Because for me it's why I can't switch totally to osticket. I need to send each month a recap of what I have done. (in a excel format). however, Os Ticket, is great! ;)

Q: is it something you doesn't want for security issues, because it's not important, you don't have the time...?A: I'm not sure why you would ask this.  How osTicket works and specifically how export works have nothing to do with my desires or time constraints. If you need more reporting capabilities there is the Dashboard.  And there is also the ReportsMod by a third party developer. We use the Reports Mod personally and have for a few years now.Forum user: @[deleted] wrote it and has it at: http://software-mods/reports.htmlIt's not free but is pretty cheap.

thanks! My question was: you = osticket not you=you ;)the website of reportsMod doesn't look very professional and it's not cheap. 15$ or 5$ each month to export my own data...I'm gonna look for another alternative :)

So then should I close this thread?

Hi Ntozier
Exporting the tickets in detail would be invaluable.
The 3rd party plugin doesn't seem to have this function. Any plans on building it into future versions?

@Marcdj please do not be a necromancer.
This thread is from 2017.
You can already export tickets (Click export on the queue page).
If you have a question please start your own thread.
