[resolved] Auto creating ticket from email

Good morning.I've looked around for some info but it seems I'm either finding really dated stuff and/or i'm just not adept enough with osticket to be able to figure this out. What I'm attempting to setup is for my users to send an email to then have it auto create a ticket based on that email. I have email setup via imap and have no issues getting email out (auto responses, etc.). I have it setup that there is no auto logout and someone is always logged in but maybe I need a CRON job setup, which is a super new concept to me. Attached is my install information.

I apologize as I"m fairly new to the task scheduler. I would just create a new task to run and have it repeat often through the day? For the new action, is that where I put the 1 line mentioned in those instructions or should i make a .bat file and have it called? Sorry for the extremely newbie questions, I just don't understand much on task scheduler but the article seems to assume knowledge coming in. I appreciate the assistance.
