Hey guys,after creating a ticket manually, a confirmation email was sent to the ticket owner, as well as the agents but it does not appear in the ticket overview. If i want to access the ticket via the login link from the mail or the ticket ID, the error "Zugang verweigert. Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Administrator wenn Sie glauben, dass dies ein Fehler ist" is shown.The logs show nothing, except an auto cron for the time, when the ticket was created.When i tried manual creation again today, new tickets were created as usual.

Hello,You will need to consult your php error log, osTicket System log from Admin Panel :) And I would recommend reading this: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//please-read-before-requesting-assistance#latestIt will give us more options to spot something wrong and help you, otherwise it is just a shot in the dark.

My guess is that your account simply doesn't have access to view the ticket... (ie its in a department or team that you do not have access to)
