Hi. How to set the time zone to have daylight saving time?I am using version 1.10.Tks

Hello @[deleted], To answer your questions, if I have understood it correctly: You don't.If you want to have DST, you must choose your own time zone (which has DST).If you don't want to have DST then choose UTC (respectively, UTC+3 or UTC-3 for example).Depending on your OS, DST changes (for a country, if there are any, usually in middle east) are applied via tzdata package update (if Linux), not sure about Windows, I think it syncs from internet time source or similar :)

Hi Sperrow. Thanks for the answer.But in version 1.10 there are no such options. Only time zone of some countries and in the end only UTC.Should these options be applied in PHP?Here I selected America / Sao_Paulo and the time of the records are with an additional hour.

Hello @[deleted], are you sure you do not have set different from system timezone "Localization" for your user in your profile settings page? (Next to Agent/Admin Panel - Profile, under Preferences).You need to apply the timezone in two places:1) php.ini date.timezone2) Admin Panel > Settings > System > Date and Time Options > Default Time zoneThanks

Hello @[deleted]I've made all the suggested settings and the problem still exists.The profile, system, and php.ini configuration are as follows: America / Sao_PauloI think there should be a DST setting.Thanks.

Can you please post info about what OS are you using, current time vs UTC?If you have Linux, make sure you have your tzdata package updates and you have ntp running. Your screen shot indicates that your MySQL database timesone is wrong.

Hi mate.Daylight Saving Time ended then, in theory, the problem was temporarily resolved.Now the time that is in the footer of the printed tickets is wrong. Three hours early.The settings are as previously shown.
