Hello @[deleted], To answer your questions, if I have understood it correctly: You don't.If you want to have DST, you must choose your own time zone (which has DST).If you don't want to have DST then choose UTC (respectively, UTC+3 or UTC-3 for example).Depending on your OS, DST changes (for a country, if there are any, usually in middle east) are applied via tzdata package update (if Linux), not sure about Windows, I think it syncs from internet time source or similar :)
