So I've searched these forums quite a bit. Using queries similar to "blank page" or "white page" and there were a lot of tips and ideas in them, but none have seemed to resolve my issue.
I am running the software on our Intranet server which runs on Windows Server and Apache. I used the free Web Developer Suite to setup everything on the server.
Here is the problem I am having when running osTicket 1.6:
I am able to access osTicket from its default page, which I have set to http://portal/helpdesk(http://portal/helpdesk) on our Intranet. However, whenever I click any of the links "Home," "New Ticket," or "Status" there's roughly a 50/50 chance of the page loading or getting a blank page. If I get a blank page and click refresh it shows up fine. This only happens when accessing the the end user side, when logged in as an Admin I can access the admin console with no problems.
Today I was curious to see what would happen if I asked osTicket via Firefox. Everything works fine, with no problems accessing pages or submitting tickets.
One thing I noticed when using Internet Explorer. Whenever I click on a link and generate a blank page the URL doesn't change. For example, when I click on "Ticket Status" from the main page the address bar will read still read "http://portal/helpdesk/index.php" -- however, as soon as it refresh it loads correctly and the address bar changes to "view.php."
Any help would be greatly appreciated. If this has already been solved, I apologize, but as I mentioned earlier I have tried searching through these forums and tried a handful of things with no success. I have even attempted a full re installation of the osTicket and the problem continues.
Thanks,
Scott
