I'm not sure if this has been asked already, but I was looking for some answers regarding PGP encryption support from OS ticket.

To reiterate my question;The goal is to receive the emails encrypted via PGP, and have my support@organization.com email have it's public keys set up as well too.

osTicket does not currently support PGP encryption.  You're also the first person that has asked this question in the years that I have been active here on the forums (or if someone else has, I don't remember it). You may be able to write a plugin to do something like this, but thats would be well beyond my knowledge .
