Has anyone managed to successfully link osTicket to Office365 / Microsoft Azure yet?We use Microsoft Azure for our Active Directory but it doesn't seem to work with the LDAP.Any suggestions would be much appriciated.Thanks

We recently started using MS Azure, but we run AD locally and replicate to it.  We still use the local AD server for osTicket so I dont think that I will be much help, but I can try.  Let's start with: Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting guidelines located in this thread: Please read before requesting assistance.  The more information you give us the better we will be able to assist you. Thank you.Version of osTicket?Version of Authentication: plugin?Settings being used?HAve you checked your local firewalls?Can your webserver talk to the hosted AD server?

    So if you have no internet, your users can't authenticate when trying to log in? Sorry, just curious why your AD is in Azure ONLY?

    We have both Azure AD and AD Locally. recently we have installed osTicket 1.14.x. We like osTickets user authentication from Azure AD. Can you guide us please.
