Does Admin -> Email -> Banlist only affect raising ticket from email IMAP sources or does is disallow tickets being created to that email from other sources as well? (api/web/web by agent)I want to ignore certain emails only from IMAP sources but I should be able to create tickets to that user email from web. should I add them to email->banlist or as filter -> target channel: email -> reject ticket?

Does adding an email address to the Email Banlist prevent creating a new ticket with that email from web interface by user or agent, api?
