reply to all function

Hi All,

first of thanks for this amazing software you have done. I'm not sure if this kind of mod is already done but i need a reply to all function for osticket. Some of our clients send e-mail to our support@foo.com and CC it to other people, what i wanted to do is send it back not just from the sender but also send it to all carbon copied emails.

I require the same kind of solution given by the above thread.

I have to reply with CC and BCC from the osticket console. But there is no such options given.

please help and update us regarding this. It would be more helpful for us.
