Dear osTicket users,

I am getting stuck at providing a direct link to tickets from the « New Ticket Auto-response » template.

Thanks to this thread: http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//resolved-direct-link-to-ticket-in-auto-response-not-working-properly, I noticed that 

%{recipient.ticket_link} = http://example.com/osticket/upload/view.php?auth=o1xaiaaaaasaaaaabJ5YCLN8yRj0TA%3D%3D, and 

%{ticket.auth_token} = 883d0f1a6e953e366af1341ce7f71f77

The direct working link to the ticket in my case is: http://example.com/view.php?auth=o1xaiaaaaasaaaaabJ5YCLN8yRj0TA%3D%3D

How can I generate this from the email template?
