Since upgrading to v1.10, I've been unable to print tickets with or without internal notes. When selecting print on the Ticket Print Options dialog box, I immediately get a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. Any suggestions?

I do not see any PHP error logs.I also cannot replicate your report on my 1.10 installation.

Hello,i have the following problems with the pdf export file:logo is missingsystem messages missing (ticket assignment, new ticket, status change,...)the design of the previous version (1.9) was better!
