How to configure AD single sign on for clients in osticket?our users use AD authentication to login to their systems. Email, lync and few other application use single sign on. I want osticket to use the system login which is AD auth to login automatically. How to go about it?Setup - Windows Server 2012, IIS8, php, mysql

You need "HTTP Passthru Authentication" addon for that :) You can get it from osticket download page, under plugins.

Thanks. I had that plugin already but got it working now.

I'm also not getting the PassThru Authentication working since v1.10 upgrade. Plugin is installed and enabled.

harisharul HEY... Myself and others above are wondering how you got your SSO setup to work? I myself am running osTicket on a LAMP (Ubuntu v18) stack, I just got the LDAP-Auth plugin working correctly for staff and clients, now I've been messing around with the Kerberos protocol trying to it to talk to the HTTP-Passthru plugin, but I'm not sure if I'm going down the right path with my configuration here... If you can provide advice from your experience it would be helpful.
