Any chance the ticket creater can get an email if the ticket is assigned. We have just set the system up for testing purposes and would use it to fetch mails from a help email. It all seems to work smooth enough except that only the assigned person would get a notification mail once the ticket is assigned. Would be brilliant if the user could also see hey your ticket has arrived and is assigned to x and y.They do get a mail if someone writes a note, so that's okay after all. It's just the little extra bonus that would make this a little bit better.Thank you
