Hi All,this is my configurationServer InformationosTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) —  Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.7.14PHP Version5.6.22I have defined some additional required fields when the users log a ticket, but I would like to move them above the ticket details text box, see the attached image.Do you have any suggestion on how to do it?Thank you in advance for your help.

I do not see an attached image.Go to Admin panel -> manage - > forms -> Ticket Details and drag your fields above the Issue Summary / Issue Details / Priority Level.
