Hi All,I have an installation 1.9.14 and its running fine, however from time to time my server monitor advises me that it's response is failing - I am on a shared host and have come to accept this as the cost of cheap hosting.My system is setup to pipe a system email in to generate tickets. It works fine.My question is - if I receive a ticket via email during this period of slow server performance, or some server outage - will it get lost? I have to presume so. Is it best practice therefore to use a pop fetch where the emails sit in an inbox and wait for the server to have an opportunity to grab them?
