customer screen but which file is that?

In the admin I have setup osticket, but can not find code for the customers to write a ticket.

How is this setup for the front?

Is there html or php file missing in our something else.

Please let me know.

Little bit frustrating that all is running but do not know how to give customers access to write new tickets/messages to us.

Hope someone can explain this.

We can't really tell you how you setup your support site. We can make suggestions as to what you might have done.

You may have setup support.domain.ext.

You may have setup domain.ext/support.

In either case the staff side is located at /scp. If you can get to the staff side simply remove the /scp and you should see the page that clients will use.

I have setup mydomain.nl/scp/index.php for login as admin

Rest of the maps are:

mydomain.nl/api

mydomain.nl/error

mydomain.nl/images

mydomain.nl/include

mydomain.nl/scripts

mydomain.nl/styles

mydomain.nl/translate

Files in the root are the same as in the tar package file.

In what map can I find the customers screens?

Is there somewhere a listing of all default maps?

Just read the osticket_1.6.0.tar without success finding customer screens.

Oh stupid me! I see know that my startpage is mydomain.nl/scp/index.php instead of mydomain.nl/index.php for customers. Sorry have to read better.
