Status query

hello, osTicket is really great.

where and what exactly I need to change, which the customer can sign with his name and the ticket id to query its status.

I unfortunately found nothing in the forum.

Do you want to know where the client page resides for looking up an open ticket?

Is so it will be at the root of where you installed Osticket. For instance I have mine installed public_html/comsuptix. So my client would got to www.mywebsite.com/comsuptix(www.mywebsite.com/comsuptix) From there they would see the Open Ticket or Check Status

authentifikation without email adress.

example username and ticket id or user id and ticket id.....

new field + ticket id = ticket status (client ticketview)
