Hey Osticket.I have just installed the v1.10 and we are using the LDAP auth system. So clients can login, but it seems abit stupid that people can signup for account, it actually confuse them. I know i can remove the feature to signup in Settings\User and make it Private, but then the LDAP Client who those people who haven't logged in before wont work. So maybe add a third option to this menu??I have attached the 2 pages im talking about.
