How to change text on submit ticket page

I would like to change text "Help Topic" , " Message " , & " Subject" .

I just want to change text NOT fields .

Anyone here can please guide me how I can do so ?

Hi,

I'm not much of an OSTicket expert, but looking through my installation, the only file I could find with this text in is; open.ini.php and is located in /helpdesk/include/client

Just make sure you backup the file first before amending it though! lol
