In the list of the assigned tickets it would be helpfull to add a column with the company name of the ticket user. So we can see / select how many tickets are open of this company. We have many tickets of different users but all from the same Company.

I think, this isn't possible to realize by the configuration settings?

Thank you for the suggestion.  This will be achievable with the forthcoming Custom Queues feature which last I heard was supposed to be coming out in the release after 1.10.
