Hi,I use osticket in my support site "support.ecupoint.it". My company offer a support for car repair and car shop. Now I want to add some paid services and for this I had a new field....available token.Now I need to:1) admin token in admin panel (to add)2) when the customer opens a ticket token must be automatically deducted3) add ticket filter on token (when token=0 can't open ticket)Thank in advance.
