Change logo URL link

If I want visitors to be directed to another URL when clicking on the company logo in the header of the page, how would I go about doing this?

I do not beleive that this is something that you can achieve in the UI. You would have to alter the header core file and hardcode the url that you want.

Which file is the header core file,so I can get to it and make the edit?

I am using the vertirgo as my database , more like need for online on my server for my employees do called 'm not managing to change the url to the company I work , I would like your help on how I can make this change , I am using osTicket 1.9 ..

Also I am not managing to make the necessary configurations to be working with him , have some topic or link which can help me ?
