Hi, new user here.I've used other ticketing systems where the full thread is in each email the client receives. When they reply back, that is stripped out so only the response gets added back to the ticket thread,, That way the user can review the whole thread in one email without referring back to prior emails.I see the reply stripping is already there, but how can I get the whole thread in the reply?Is there a template variable for this? I was hoping %{ticket.thread} but no joy. :)Fred
