So 1.19rc2 is NOT the latest version, it's also not the latest BETA version. I do not recommend that you run beta software in a production environment. 1.10rc2 will never be available as a stable release. 1.10rc3 was released and is the current beta, it also will never be a stable release. The devs have never given a timeline tentative or other. 1.10 will be released when it is ready.That post you linked clearly says that:1.9.12 is available and is the latest stable release.1.10rc2 is Release Candidate 2.
