Seeing identical pages on /open.php & /view.php

Hi all,I'm having some trouble figuring out this one. We're in the process of setting up/configuring osTicket for our customer department (as a trial). All looks fine, except for the pages on http:/open.php & http:/view.php. It looks to me like /open.php displays what /view.php should show.(I've looked at the .php files and they are different)Did something go wrong during installation, or did we do something wrong in configuration?Greetings, Evert

You posted two screen shots of the login screen.Have you tried logging in?

That's exactly the problem we're seeing :)Clicking on 'Open a new ticket' ( http://support.markedspartner.no/open.php) should let me create a new ticket. Instead, http://support.markedspartner.no/open.php shows me the 'Check Ticket Status' page. There is no place where I can log in before trying to create a new ticket.

There is a "Sign In" link in the upper right hand corner of the previous screen. It's over the little language flags. It's been there since at least v1.7.0 was released.

I'm sorry, but I do not see any 'Sign in' on http://support.markedspartner.no/ (see attached screenshot)

What do you have configured at: Admin panel -> Access -> End User Authentication Settings?I'm mostly curious about "Registration Method".
