Q: When i upgrade from 1.9.4 to the latest version... what happens to any css changes, ie colors, background... that i have made and what happens to any plugins I have installed?A: They would be overwritten with the new core code files.Q: Do they all stay intact or do I have to redo the css changes?A: No they go away. Yes you would have to redo any customization's that you made to the core source files.Q: Do i have to reinstall the plugins?A: You don't have to... But I would update them afterwards.
