Hello!Any tips/suggestions on how to clean up the "Assigned Tickets Tab"? For example, I have multiple tickets hanging out on my agent page when I log in. I am waiting on other people to respond back to me so I don't want to close the tickets, but I want to keep them separate from the new tickets that come in because they are all mixed in together so it's hard to tell what is new, and what tickets have already been addressed. I do have Admin rights so I can make any changes necessary. Thanks, Emily
