Hi, we are using osticket v1.9.12I am trying to involve end users into the ticket flow. Once a ticket is resolve by the agent a new mail is sent to the user and he response that mail writing agree or not agree. I create a custom forms in order to save that information but I do not know how to include this forms in a mail ( as a link), The form has two option ( agree and not agree) and this will be an information for the agent to close the ticket or check it again. I realy dont know if it is possible to do this, so if the current version do not support you could take a note for a future version.RegardsCristian Miranda.
