Hi,I want to add edit option to my staff for "Issue details" field when editing ticket details on ticket thread. apperantley they can edit all the other fields in "Ticket Details" form except this one.Is there any way to enable this?Thanks,Elad.
This does not appear to be a Suggestion of Feedack. Movcing thread to Mods and Customizations.This is not a feature in osTicket at this time however in 1.10 once it is released ticket thread will be editable.
