Does anyone know if there is a possibility to duplicate an closed (or still pending) ticket in the admin panel?
This means that all details should be the same but only the message and ticketid must be changed.

There is no mod currently available to do that. Also most people at this point have upgraded to 1.7 (and 1.7.1 is due out soon) so I highly doubt that you will get an answer unless you figure out how to do it yourself.
