Hello,

When staff go on holidays, we tick the Vacation mode to "Staff on vacation mode" checkbox. Even though we usually know the exact date when the staff member will return, the onus is on us to uncheck that pesky "vacation mode" checkbox.

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to nominate a return date (pop-out calendar and time fields OR static date and time entry fields), which would allow osTicket to magically turn off vacation mode on a schedule.

Cheers!

Please pair this to "self vacation" so that an agent can set own vacation, maybe with a "from-to" setting (like "next week I'll be on vacation").
