Create automatic ticket

Hello everybody,I need to implement somehow automatic ticket creation into my first osticket system. Is there any way to do it?Tickets have to be created based on date and automaticly assigned to one of our workers.I did try some tricks from here: http://smart-itc.com.au/osticket-automatic-scheduled-tickets/But it failed. You can refer to my problem on this site on the bottom in the comment window.Can anyone help me?

I would say that you should be able to easily do this by using the ticket api. This article ought to point you in the right direction and then you could use cron (or Windows Task Scheduler) to run it on the date/times that you want the ticket to be opened.http://tmib.net/using-osticket-1812-apinote: the article is a little old, but still basics still apply.
