Hi,My Php version and osticket version are as below :osTicket Versionv1.9.7 (4be5782)Web Server SoftwareApache/2.2.15 (CentOS) mod_ssl/2.2.15 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips PHP/5.3.3 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1MySQL Version5.1.73PHP Version5.3.3while generating new ticket or while posting reply to ticket, i am unable to post a table content in the email body. I tried to make a table using using html code, but still it didn't work. Also, I noticed that when i replied to that ticket, it inserted html values in the database but in the ticket history and the client are not getting table content. They are getting that all content in form of text. I have attached a copy for it. Please find attached copy. In this copy it is shown that table content are displaying in form of text.Thanks in advance.
