Are there any good reporting mods currently out for osTicket 1.9.12?I'd imagine most responses will be sudobash but I'm not having much luck with that after sending the donation and hearing nothing back from the dev for over a week.
I'd personally recommend the report mod from sudobash. We use it here for our companies reporting needs.I've heard he usually responds in a few days to new donations, but with the holiday he is probably running behind.
