Is there a way to limit the default views on top to tickets that are just the agents department they are assigned to and not everything?This is my company's biggest problem with osticket, we have multiple departments, and we need departments to be able to access other departments tickets, but everyone is seeing everyones tickets in their default views.I found an old thread that apparently worked many versions ago here: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache-REl2hNS1wJ.openscriptsolution.com/ticket-system/osticket/displaying-ticket-only-for-current-users-department-in-osticket-v1-6-rc5/+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=usbut that appears to be a no go.
