Hello. I am new to osTicket. I am trying to create a field that allows the agent to enter time spent on the ticket. Any help to point me to the right direction would be very helpful.Please see image below:http://www.optimizedvoip.com/spent.jpgblank

Admin panel -> Manage -> Formsadd a field to Ticket Details.Edit the ticket to update the field.
