Thanks for your answer and sorry for my bad english. My idea was to add something like a WHERE statement in the query that drop this valor from ost_list_ticket comparing the logged user to the id added on that table , in order to show only list's elements referred to the current user.in short ,if i well understood how osticket works , do u know which file contains that query for list elements?
