Hello, i would like to show to the guests/customers only their open tickets and not their closed/resolved ones. Is it that possible?I will attach you an image.
I do not beleive that this is a feature of osTicket at this time.
Can we not just change the dropdown to show only the open tickets?Or by default, whenever the guest logins to see his tickets, be redirected to "tickets.php?a=search&q=&status=open"
