Hi osTicket Users,i have a little problem.in "Check Ticket Status" page (..osticket/view.php) ;default filling on E-Mail Adress: e.g.john.doe@osticket.com ---> i want to change with name@company.com default filling on Ticket Number: e.g. 051234 How can i change these areas ?Thank you very much

You need to edit the file <accesslink.inc.php> it's hardcoded.So if you Update osticket you have to change it again.

i want to people open ticket with only @[deleted] mail addresses.Otherwise people use that different mail addresses.

You should be able to use a ticket filter to reject all tickets that do not have said email.You could also force registration.
