several people have reported issues using PHP 5.6.x seems that there is a bug in how it handles IMAP connections.. I would recommend downgrading to 5.5

Solved..on Plesk 12.5 Customer -can Create a Cron Job.But you do not need to do it lit /path/to/php -p /directory_to_var/www/vhost/domain/ticket/api/cron.phpyou can set this to blank works like a charm.Thank you :)
