Is it possible to set for a certain "Help Topic" to add a list of collaborators? We are looking to setup a Help Topic as "New Hire" and when this happens, we want a list of 10 people notified. I know I could set them up as agents and assign the ticket to a list of agents.

Q: Is it possible to set for a certain "Help Topic" to add a list of collaborators?A: Negative.To get around this I would setup a specific department that those tickets go to.I would add an faux agent account with an email that is actually an email list on the mail server that has those 10 people you want to notify as members. They would of course get the email notifications of the new ticket.
