Add custom variables in print ticket

Hi @[deleted],we try to add custom variables in the PDF-Print. But how we do? Do we have to add get & set? Can we use the internal ID of the variable?Thanks for any suggestions - we are loosing ideas =))

You add your custom fields to the built in Ticket Details form.They are added and printed automagically.

Of course we have! But when you like to print the page as PDF (i mean the included function) it is only basic whithout custom fields

how to adress the custom variables? Standard-vars are included with

".$this->getPhoneNumber()."

If you do what I said, it works for me and has for quite some time.Of course I have no idea what version of osTicket you are running so maybe you're running a different version..

I think we are talking past each other. If I create a separate variable in backend, it is also displayed on the View and edit ticket page. But when I open the ticket and pick up print button, it opens the ticket as a PDF. And there is not a single custom field only basic.I use v1.9.12
