Hai,Currently in Osticket admin panel menus are not available to non admin supporters. I need the Ban List menu (menu that list banned emails) to make available to non admin supporters. Is there any way to do this.
You would have to make the agents admin to do this, or you would have to alter the core source files. I have no idea how or where you would need to do that, but I would start with the nav.inc.php
