I'm sorry but if you want support you are going to have to install osTicket yourself, not using some third party installer. I do not see a problem.It sounds like either there is a problem either with the .phar file, or PHP isn't handling .phars.We cannot know which with out an actual PHP error. I'd recommend that you look at your PHP error log or enable error displaying.

If it works on one server.... and not on another server. Then it stands to reason that the servers are not identical in configuration and software versions. Not sure what else to tell you. Does the new server prohibit .phar files from being used?If there is a PHP error we would need to know what it is to report it to the devs. You can consult you PHP error log and/or turn on error displaying.
