Hello,we are starting with OSTicket and I´m looking for a solution to handle small projects.Would be great if all datas (user, agents can be used from OSTicket and to share tickets an projects.Has anyone experience with some system?

At the moment we use a ticketsystem from GLPI. There is aticketsystem and a projektmanagement system integrated.Now we change to OSTicket an have no possibility to handle projects there.So question:Is it possible to handle there tickets with a pluggin?Does anybody has some experience with other project managementsystems in combination with osticket?
